Job Summary
We are looking for a highly driven and strategic
Business Development Executive (BPO) with 7+ years of proven experience in developing and expanding BPO business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and growing the BPO vertical by acquiring new clients, generating revenue, and building long-term partnerships.
This role requires strong exposure to domestic and international BPO markets, client acquisition, and end-to-end sales cycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to establish and grow the BPO vertical.
- Identify, approach, and acquire new clients for BPO/ITES services.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, digital platforms, and industry connections.
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
- Prepare business proposals, RFP responses, and pricing models.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure repeat business.
- Explore domestic and international market opportunities.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in selling BPO services (Inbound/Outbound, Customer Support, Tele-sales, Back-office, Non-voice processes, etc.).
- Proven track record of revenue generation and client acquisition.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently set up and expand business verticals.
- Experience handling enterprise clients and mid-size accounts.
- Good understanding of pricing models and contract structuring.
- Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
Preferred Profile
- Experience working with startups or building a BPO unit from scratch is an added advantage.
- Exposure to international client acquisition is preferred.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
- Immediate joiners or short notice period candidates preferred.
