BPM Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and manage enterprise workflow solutions using IBM BPM, FileNet, and IBM BAW Case Manager
• Lead administration and infrastructure management of IBM BPM and workflow systems
• Define and execute migration strategies from IBM BPM/BAW workflows to cloud-native platforms
• Develop end-to-end migration plans including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
• Design modernized workflow architectures using microservices and API-driven approaches
• Ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing workflow systems aligned with enterprise standards
• Integrate workflow systems with enterprise applications using APIs and middleware
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution roadmaps
• Identify risks in legacy systems and implement mitigation and transformation strategies
• Provide technical leadership and governance for workflow modernization programs
• Ensure compliance with security, architecture standards, and enterprise policies
• Guide teams on best practices for IBM BPM, FileNet, and BAW platforms
