Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Prepare BRD, FRD, and user stories.
  • Work closely with stakeholders (business & IT teams).
  • Understand and manage end-to-end trade lifecycle.
  • Support UAT/SIT testing and defect resolution.
  • Analyze data and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Identify process improvements and recommend solutions.

Required Skills

  • 6-9 years of Business Analyst experience in Capital Markets.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products (Equities, Derivatives, Fixed Income, FX).
  • Good understanding of trade lifecycle (front, middle, back office).
  • Experience in requirement documentation and Agile methodology.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of regulatory reporting (preferred).

Good To Have

  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence.
  • Exposure to investment banking systems.
