  • 5+ years of chatbot or conversational AI development experience.
  • 3+ years of Kore.ai platform experience.
  • Experience with Kore XO10, XO11, or Artemis platforms.
  • Knowledge of Agentic AI concepts and architectures.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Node.js, and Python.
  • Experience with Prompt Engineering.
  • Understanding of LLMs, RAG, and Vector Databases.
  • Experience integrating enterprise applications.
