Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical BOQ Estimator who will be responsible for preparing accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimation, and budget planning across architectural and interior projects. The role requires strong technical understanding, vendor coordination, and cost control expertise.

Key Responsibilities

1. BOQ Preparation & Cost Estimation

• Prepare detailed BOQs based on architectural and interior drawings.
• Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
• Develop cost estimates for materials, labor, and services.
• Update BOQs based on design revisions and site changes.

2. Budget Planning & Cost Control

• Assist in preparing project budgets and cost plans.
• Monitor cost variations and prepare comparison statements.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 36 years of experience in BOQ preparation and project estimation.
• Strong understanding of architectural and interior drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced level) and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of construction materials, market rates, and vendor networks.

Working Days & Timings

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM
• 1st and 3rd Saturdays: Working
• 2nd, 4th and 5th Saturdays: Off
