We're hiring: BOQ Engineer / Quantity Surveyor – Commercial Office Interiors

Uniworks Designs, a design-and-build firm specialising in large-format commercial office fit-outs, is looking for BOQ and QS professionals to join our team in Hyderabad.

What you'll do:

• Take off quantities from CAD drawings and verify them through site measurements
• Write detailed BOQ item descriptions in coordination with architects, based on drawings and renders
• Apply hands-on knowledge of how interior elements are built and finished at site, layer by layer
• Maintain make lists, brand knowledge and current market rates
• Prepare rate analysis to establish the intrinsic value of every item

What we're looking for:

• B.E./Diploma in Civil, B.Arch or Interior Design
• 2–10 years of BOQ/QS experience in interior fit-outs (we're hiring at both QS and Senior QS levels)
• Strong AutoCAD and Excel skills, and solid knowledge of interior and MEP scopes

Location: Hyderabad, with site visits across Bengaluru, Pune and Mumbai
