Key Responsibilities- Integration Development & Maintenance
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain integrations using Boomi (AtomSphere) across applications, databases, and APIs.
- Build scalable and reusable integration components, process flows, maps, business rules, and connectors.
- Implement Boomi best practices for performance optimization, error handling, retry logic, and alerting.
- Support real-time, batch, and event-driven integration patterns.
- Maintain integration documentation, standards, and reusable frameworks.
- Debugging & Troubleshooting
- Perform deep-dive debugging of complex Boomi pipelines, process executions, and logs.
- Identify root causes of integration failures and deliver quick, effective resolutions.
- Optimize slow-running processes and troubleshoot connector, scheduling, and deployment issues.
- Monitor production integrations and provide ongoing operational support.
- Application & Retail Domain Expertise
- Work with retail applications such as ERP systems, POS, OMS, WMS, Inventory Management, and eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, or custom solutions).
- Understand and support retail data flows, including:
- Orders, returns, and fulfillment.
- Inventory synchronization.
- Pricing, promotions, and catalogs.
- Customer and loyalty data.
- Integrate cloud and on-prem systems using REST/SOAP APIs, FTP/SFTP, database connectors, flat files, and message queues.
- Collaboration & Delivery:
- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to gather and clarify requirements.
- Participate in solution design sessions, technical reviews, and code walkthroughs.
- Ensure adherence to integration architecture standards, security policies, and governance practices.
- Support application rollouts, enhancements, and ongoing improvements in Agile delivery environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Technical Skills.
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience with Boomi AtomSphere.
- Strong understanding of:
- Boomi Processes, Atoms, Molecules.
- Deployments, schedules, and processing rules.
- Expertise in debugging pipeline executions, analyzing logs, and resolving integration failures.
- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, XSLT, and data mapping/transformation.
- Familiarity with retail integration scenarios (orders, returns, inventory, catalog, pricing, customer data).
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying and validating integration data.
- Experience with error handling, monitoring, and performance tuning.
Nice To Have / Preferred
- Experience integrating with Oracle ERP platforms (ERP Cloud or EBS).
- Exposure to Boomi Flow (low-code/workflow).
- Experience with POS, OMS, WMS, or large-scale eCommerce platforms.
- Knowledge of event-driven or message-based architectures.
- Boomi Associate or Professional Certification.
