Key Responsibilities
Integration Development & API Design
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade integration solutions using best practices.
- Implement API-led connectivity and ensure efficient, secure, and scalable API design.
- Develop and support real-time, event-driven, and batch-based integrations.
- Work with Boomi API Management, optimizing API performance and security.
Third-Level Support & Troubleshooting
- Act as an escalation point for complex integration issues, performing deep-dive root cause analysis and resolution working in collaboration with other internal IT teams and support vendors.
- Implement and refine error handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms for proactive issue identification.
- Optimize Boomi processes for high performance, scalability, and fault tolerance.
Documentation & Best Practices
- Develop and maintain best-in-class documentation, including technical designs, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Define and promote standards for API development, error handling, and integration architecture.
- Conduct peer reviews and provide guidance on integration patterns and frameworks.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with business analysts, developers, and architects to understand requirements and deliver integration solutions.
- Participate in CI/CD pipeline implementation, ensuring efficient deployment of integration solutions.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in integration and API management.
- Assist the Integration Lead in Informing, creating awareness and educating other business teams consuming integrations on integration and API best practices
