1. MDM Solution Design & Implementation

• Design and implement Master Data Management solutions using Boomi

DataHub/MDM capabilities.

• Define and establish golden records for key business entities such as Customer,

Supplier, Product, Material, and Employee.

• Configure data models, business rules, survivorship rules, matching and merging

strategies.

• Develop integration flows between Boomi MDM and enterprise applications.

• Design scalable and reusable master data architectures.

2. Data Governance & Data Quality

• Define and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.

• Establish data quality metrics, cleansing rules, and validation processes.

• Monitor data quality KPIs and drive remediation activities.

• Support stewardship processes and workflows for data approval and governance.

• Ensure compliance with organizational data standards and regulatory requirements.

3. Data Integration & Synchronization

• Integrate Boomi MDM with ERP, CRM, eCommerce, Supply Chain, and other

enterprise systems.

• Design and implement real-time and batch synchronization mechanisms.

• Develop APIs and integration services for master data distribution.

• Manage data ingestion, transformation, and enrichment processes.

4. Data Modeling & Migration

• Create logical and physical data models for master data domains.

• Conduct data profiling and source system analysis.

• Support master data migration, consolidation, and harmonization initiatives.

• Lead data mapping and transformation workshops with business stakeholders.

5. Solution Support & Optimization

• Troubleshoot MDM-related production issues.

• Monitor system performance and optimize matching and survivorship algorithms.

• Maintain operational procedures, runbooks, and support documentation.

• Participate in release planning and deployment activities.

6. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with business users, data stewards, architects, and application teams.

• Conduct workshops to define data governance and business rules.

• Provide guidance to development teams and junior consultants.

• Support customer discussions, solution demonstrations, and RFP/RFI responses.
