Bookkeeper

Job Position: BOOKKEEPER NEEDED FOR ARCHITECTURAL METAL / GLASS/ SIGNAGE

Job Location: 100% Remote

Job Type: Full Time INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with at least 1 year of experience to support our finance team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing reconciliations, and assisting in financial reporting for a fast-paced organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including data entry and record maintenance
• Perform bank and account reconciliations regularly
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial data collection
• Identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance (Mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles (Required & Preferred)
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, basic analysis)
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work remotely

Preferred:

• Experience in construction/manufacturing or project-based accounting
• Familiarity with invoicing, accounts payable/receivable
