The Role
We are hiring a Bookkeeper & Client Success Lead to manage a portfolio of 1015 clients inside QuickBooks Online.
This is not a back-office position.
You will own your client relationships. You will own the accuracy of the books. You will own the monthly close. You will own the communication.

Core Responsibilities
Daily Execution
Structured Monthly Close 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 System
By the 5th
All bank and credit card statements are collected.
By the 10th
All reconciliations are completed and discrepancies resolved.
By the 15th
Sales tax is prepared and delivered for review.
By the 20th
Final financial statements are delivered:
No extensions. No excuses. Clean execution.
All close procedures are managed inside Double.
Client Success & Communication
You are the primary point of contact for your clients.
Client success means:

Our clients should feel like they are receiving concierge-level service organized, responsive, and thoughtful.
