The Booking Executive will manage travel bookings, coordinate with clients, and handle inquiries related to travel arrangements. This full-time, on-site role is based in Navi Mumbai. Responsibilities include managing reservations, responding to customer queries, providing travel package recommendations, ensuring details are accurate, and liaising with service providers. The executive will also ensure seamless execution of client travel plans while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in reservation management systems, travel software, and attention to detail
• Organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple bookings and adjust to changing requirements
• Knowledge of travel destinations, especially Croatia and Eastern Europe, is highly desirable
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism Management or a related field is preferred
