Work directly with client customers to help them identify and book desired meeting rooms and event spaces within client corporate offices in the APAC region.
Respond to customer requests and inquiries to ensure accurate and efficient processing of bookings.
Ensure timely confirmation and clear communication with customers throughout the booking process.
Pass confirmed bookings to the local Service Delivery team to support event execution.
Provide professional service excellence in a fast-paced, demanding corporate environment.
Support customers during designated APAC time zone hours as part of a three-person permanent booking team.
Maintain accurate booking records and documentation for all reservations.
Coordinate with Service Delivery teams across APAC to ensure seamless handoff of booking information.
