Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with client customers to help them identify and book desired meeting rooms and event spaces within client corporate offices in the APAC region.
  • Respond to customer requests and inquiries to ensure accurate and efficient processing of bookings.
  • Ensure timely confirmation and clear communication with customers throughout the booking process.
  • Pass confirmed bookings to the local Service Delivery team to support event execution.
  • Provide professional service excellence in a fast-paced, demanding corporate environment.
  • Support customers during designated APAC time zone hours as part of a three-person permanent booking team.
  • Maintain accurate booking records and documentation for all reservations.
  • Coordinate with Service Delivery teams across APAC to ensure seamless handoff of booking information.
