Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Booking Coordinator at our Indore office. The Booking Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer bookings, coordinating with clients to understand their transportation requirements, and scheduling services efficiently. Daily tasks include providing excellent customer service, handling sales inquiries, maintaining organized booking records, and collaborating with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery. Additionally, the role involves occasional training of staff on booking procedures and customer handling.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally and effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Sales expertise for managing inquiries and converting leads into bookings.
• Exceptional Organization Skills to manage schedules, records, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Experience in training team members to enhance booking procedures and customer interactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with booking or logistics software is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Indore.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
