Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Ahmedabad, requires a dynamic and detail-oriented Booking Coordinator. Responsibilities include managing booking requests, coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure timely transportation scheduling, maintaining records, and ensuring a seamless booking process. The Booking Coordinator will also engage with customers, ensure clarity in logistics-related communications, and assist in ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow within the organization.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide professional support to clients and stakeholders.
• Strong Organization Skills to manage schedules, documentation, and booking processes effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic Sales skills to assist in converting potential leads and optimizing business opportunities.
• Experience in Training others or onboarding team members is an advantage.
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach with the ability to work collaboratively and in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in applicable booking and logistics software is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
