Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Bookings & Front Desk Manager at The Clay Company in Gurugram.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers
  • Manage bookings for classes & workshops
  • Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and basic follow-ups
  • Maintain schedules, customer records, and front desk operations
  • Provide excellent customer service and support daily studio activities

Qualifications

  • Basic computer literacy
  • Good English (written & verbal)
  • Strong phone-handling & customer-handling skills
  • Warm, professional communication style
  • Experience in customer service/front desk roles is a plus
