Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior BPM Engineer with strong expertise in Bonitasoft to design, develop, and optimize business process automation solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for process modeling, development, deployment, and integration, working closely with business and IT teams to drive automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Design & Development: Design and implement BPM workflows using Bonitasoft based on BPMN 2.0, DMN, and CMMN standards.

Automation & Integration: Develop and integrate BPM solutions with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, databases, and APIs).

BPM Implementation: Configure business rules, user tasks, service tasks, and connectors within BPM platforms.

API Development: Build and integrate REST/SOAP APIs for seamless system interactions.

Performance Tuning: Optimize BPM workflows for scalability, reliability, and high performance.

Collaboration: Work closely with architects, product owners, and business analysts to understand automation needs and implement solutions.

Testing & Deployment: Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and deployment of BPM solutions in on-premise and cloud environments.

Documentation & Best Practices: Maintain technical documentation and follow best practices in BPM development and deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in BPM development with a strong focus on Bonitasoft .

Proficiency in BPMN 2.0, DMN, and workflow automation.

Strong programming skills in Java, Spring Boot, Groovy, or Python.

Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP APIs, and microservices architecture.

Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server).

Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for BPM deployments.

Experience with authentication & authorization mechanisms (OAuth, SAML, LDAP).

Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and event-driven architecture.

Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in BPM applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with BPM platform migrations (e.g., migrating from Bonitasoft to Camunda).

Exposure to RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and AI-driven automation.

Knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms for BPM.

Bonitasoft certification.
