Job Summary:

Working experience in Financial Services, along with the execution of ECM and DCM transactions, Mutual Fund, and client servicing with Treasury Solutions with compliance support. Support the backend operations for all advisory and Debt capital markets or Fixedincomeoperations.

Job Responsibilities:

Handling Primary issuance through EBP and private placements and reporting to prime database.

Corporate Bond Trading & Settlement with NSE (CBRICS) and BSE (ICCL).

Documentation related to bond trading and registration with difference counterparts.

Co-ordinate with NSE/BSE Exchange for deal completion.

Calculation of YTM, Costing of bonds,HPR,etc.

Execution of ECD/DCM transactions in primary and secondary markets, Documentation, Trade reporting, Settlement, and Report the primary deals on Prime Database.

Work on Presentations, Investment Policies, Asset allocation, Scheme selection, completing KYC documentation, Portfolio updates, after sales support to the clients.

Makerobustsystemsacrosstheproductline, Maintain the records and documents.

Prepare MIS across the financial products, reconcile the receivables and share updates.

Report on the performance of the team members in different formats.

Support in compliance and regulatory requirements.

Workedonwealthmanagementsoftwarelike Invest Well, Wealth magic, online MF transaction platforms along with MF Data and R&D software like MFI Explorer (ICRA), ACE MF & FE Analysis

Should be self-motivated and able to effectively manage deadlines, consistently deliver on commitments, deal . with a multitude of different tasks concurrently and prioritize appropriately.
