BOM-Senior Executive

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site BOM-Senior Executive role based in Tada. The BOM-Senior Executive will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and maintaining Bills of Materials (BOM) for leather and textile products, ensuring accuracy of components, quantities, and specifications in the system. The role includes coordinating with design, production, procurement, and quality teams to translate product designs into manufacturing-ready BOMs and to update them throughout the product lifecycle. The position also involves monitoring material consumption, identifying variances, supporting cost estimation, and optimizing material usage for efficiency. The BOM-Senior Executive will maintain documentation, support audits, and contribute to process improvements in production planning and data management.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in BOM creation, maintenance, and control within apparel, leather, or textile manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of product construction, leather and textile materials, trims, and accessories.
• Proven coordination skills for working closely with design, production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information.
• Attention to detail, strong numerical and analytical abilities, and a structured approach to documentation and version control.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Leather Technology, Fashion Technology, Production, or a related field; relevant experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document processes clearly and support internal reviews and audits.
• Ability to work on-site in Tada, manage workload under timelines, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in BOM and production processes.
