Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) for all AHU projects
- Ensure BOM alignment with design drawings, specifications, and customer requirements
- Coordinate with design, purchase, and production teams for BOM accuracy and updates
- Handle BOM structuring, revisions, and version control in ERP systems
- Analyze BOM for cost optimization and material standardization
- Support design team in preparing drawings and technical documentation
- Ensure timely release of BOM for smooth production planning
- Identify discrepancies between design and actual material usage
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 2–5 years of experience in AHU / HVAC or similar manufacturing industry
- Strong hands-on experience in BOM preparation and management
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Basic understanding of mechanical design & sheet metal components
- Proficiency in AutoCAD / SolidWorks
