Job Description

8-12 years of experience in product management, enterprise technology implementation, or software delivery, with exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, SaaS, or enterprise applications.
Proven experience leading end-to-end product or software implementations, from business use case definition and vendor selection to deployment and adoption.
Strong understanding of AI/GenAI solutions, including copilots, intelligent assistants, and emerging AI technologies.
Excellent stakeholder management capabilities, working with senior business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors.
Experience in change management, user adoption, governance, compliance, and data privacy within enterprise environments.

The Successful Applicant

Demonstrated success in implementing enterprise software or AI-driven solutions across functions such as HR, Finance, Regulatory, Legal, or Procurement.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business challenges into scalable technology solutions.
Expertise in managing cross-functional teams, vendors, system integrators, and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
Comfortable operating at the intersection of business, product, technology, and user experience.
Proven ability to drive adoption, measure ROI, and deliver tangible business outcomes from digital transformation initiatives.
