This is a full-time, on-site Bodyshop Trainer role based in Pune City. The Bodyshop Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions at the state-of-the-art training center, providing hands-on guidance for advanced garage equipment. The role involves designing and delivering training programs, supporting technicians in building their skills, and ensuring proper use of industry-leading tools and technologies. Trainers will collaborate closely with the Customer Service Cell to assist with troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.

• Expertise in garage equipment such as wheel aligners, car lifts, and collision repair systems
• Strong ability to conduct technical training sessions and develop learning materials
• Experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of automotive equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and mentor trainees
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for planning and coordinating training programs
• An understanding of safety regulations and adherence to industry standards
• Proficiency in English and local languages is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical training in automotive technology or a related field
