Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Bodyshop Manager located in Wadhwan. The Bodyshop Manager will oversee daily operations of the body shop, ensuring high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordination with insurance company and surveyors, maintaining bodyshop efficiency, managing denters & painters, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. The role also requires consistent communication with customers and internal teams to deliver a seamless service experience.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in managing Bodyshops and Workshops
- Proven ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction and drive aftersales performance
- Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with team members and customers effectively
- Experience in automotive repair processes, safety standards, and workshop management
- Leadership and team management skills to oversee staff and operations
- Relevant certifications or a degree in automotive service/management is a plus
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
