Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kalady for a Bodyshop Manager. The Bodyshop Manager will oversee the daily operations of the bodyshop, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include coordinating repairs and maintenance, managing a team of technicians, maintaining compliance with safety and environmental regulations, overseeing cost control, and ensuring timely delivery of services. The role will also involve client interaction, inventory management, and collaboration with other departments to ensure excellence in service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes, service management, and quality control.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Experience in leading and motivating teams, conflict resolution, and performance evaluation.
  • Customer Relations: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide high-quality customer service and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to oversee scheduling, manage inventory, and ensure operational efficiency in a high-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Capability to identify issues, analyze solutions, and make sound decisions under tight deadlines.
  • Qualifications: Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Business Management, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience in bodyshop operations or automotive services is highly desirable.
  • Additional Skills: Familiarity with safety regulations, strong financial acumen for cost management, and proficiency in relevant software tools.
