•Should have good experience in Gap & flush measurements.

- Use instruments like Dial Gauge, scale etc.,,

• Able to understand the matching condition of various child parts and stage wise analysis. • Good knowledge in Inspection fixtures and various settings . • Ability to operate CATIA for dimensional verification / Cross sectional analysis . •Good skill of excel / PowerPoints presentation and have experience in reporting to seniors • Analyze field issue and take appropriate action . • Regular involvement in cost saving activities. • Should clear the scrap parts (OS&D) on time related to supplier issues. • Keep track record of dimensional data and solve issues on time. • Work as CFT for Paint and assembly shop issues . • Teardown analysis of moving parts and report on time. •Make sure C/M are taken on time (In house / Supplier) • Do work as per Daily Check management and report issue regularly
