Job Summary
The BMS Site Engineer is responsible for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of the Building Management System (BMS) at project sites. The role involves ensuring smooth operation, troubleshooting, and coordination with clients and vendors for all BMS-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute installation, testing, and commissioning of BMS systems.
- Monitor and maintain HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, energy management, and other automated systems integrated into BMS.
- Troubleshoot system faults and provide timely resolutions.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients for system integration and functionality.
- Ensure all works are completed as per project specifications, drawings, and standards.
- Prepare daily/weekly site reports and updates for management.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards on site.
- Assist in training operators and facility management staff on BMS operations.
