Job Summary

We are looking for a BMS Software Engineer with strong experience in Model-Based Development, MIL/SIL validation, and ASW integration for automotive EV Battery Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate BMS application software using MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow.

• Work on BMS features such as SOC, SOH, SOP, cell balancing, fault handling, derating, contactor control, and thermal management.

• Perform MIL and SIL testing for BMS algorithms and application software.

• Generate and integrate auto-code with embedded software architecture.

• Validate model functionality against system and software requirements.

• Support ASW integration with AUTOSAR RTE/BSW, drivers, diagnostics, and communication interfaces.

• Analyze test failures, debug model/code issues, and support bench/HIL validation teams.

• Maintain model guidelines, test reports, traceability, and release documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in MATLAB, Simulink, Stateflow, and Embedded C.

• Hands-on experience in MIL, SIL, model testing, and auto-code generation.

• Good understanding of BMS algorithms and EV battery pack functions.

• Experience with requirements-based development and validation.

• Knowledge of AUTOSAR Classic, CAN, diagnostics, and ECU integration.

• Familiarity with tools such as Simulink Test, Simulink Design Verifier, TargetLink, Embedded Coder, Polyspace, CANoe, or CANalyzer.
