Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and operate CCTV, NVR/DVR and Access Control systems
• Manage access cards, biometric systems and access-control reports
• Conduct routine checks of Fire Alarm Systems, smoke detectors, MCPs and hooters
• Monitor VESDA, WLD, FM200 and other Data Centre safety systems
• Conduct scheduled system checks, facility rounds and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly operational records, checklists and reports
• Respond to alarms/incidents, identify issues and escalate them appropriately
• Coordinate with service/AMC vendors for preventive maintenance and issue closure
• Ensure proper shift handover and adherence to site security and safety procedures
