Job Description

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering or B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics.
  • 1–2 years of experience in battery testing or power electronics testing.
  • Strong knowledge of Li-ion chemistries (LFP, NMC) and safety mechanisms.
  • Hands-on experience with PCAN tools, CAN/RS485 communication protocols.
  • Proficiency in using multimeters, DSOs, and other lab equipment.
  • Understanding of MOSFETs, diodes, and circuit-level testing.
  • Ability to perform RCA and DVP validation.
  • Good documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
