BMS Engineer

Description

We are seeking an experienced BMS Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Building Management Systems, focusing on optimizing building operations and energy efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) to optimize energy efficiency and building operations.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure BMS integration with HVAC, lighting, and security systems.
• Conduct regular system audits and troubleshoot issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users and facility management personnel.
• Prepare detailed documentation including system design, operation manuals, and maintenance procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in Building Management Systems or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC control systems and energy management principles.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks.
• Experience with BMS software platforms and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
