Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Building Management Systems (BMS) Engineer, based in Gurugram. The BMS Engineer will be responsible for the integration, maintenance, and optimization of building management systems to ensure operational efficiency, energy management, and occupant comfort. The role includes monitoring and managing systems for HVAC, lighting, security, and fire safety while collaborating with facility management and technical teams to address system upgrades or issues. Daily tasks will include diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preparing operational reports to improve system performance and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Building Management and Building Management Systems (BMS)
  • Strong understanding of Management Systems and Building Service
  • Vendor coordination and project execution experience preferred
  • Knowledge of hydrant, sprinkler, fire alarm, and suppression systems
  • Familiarity with testing, commissioning, and compliance requirements
  • Sound knowledge of energy efficiency principles and system optimization
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for technical and mechanical systems
  • Bachelor's degree, Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant Engineering field is preferred
  • Familiarity with compliance standards and safety regulations
  • Effective communication and team collaboration abilities
