Description
Responsible for monitoring and operating the hospital's Building Management System (BMS) to ensure smooth functioning of critical infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Operate and supervise BMS covering HVAC, electrical, fire alarms, elevators, and lighting systems
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety and energy efficiency standards
- Coordinate with technicians and facility teams for issue resolution
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation or related field
- Knowledge of building automation systems
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
