BMS Controls Engineer

Key Deliverables:

1. Develop and implement Simulink-based control models for BMS in locomotives
2. Author and manage BMS control software requirements using INCOSE standards
3. Conduct formal design reviews, testing, and validation using HiL simulators
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant and scalable control solutions

Role Responsibilities:

1. Translate control requirements into functional Simulink models and perform unit testing
2. Manage software lifecycle artifacts in Perforce and formal change systems
3. Drive technical reviews and system validation at component and system level
4. Identify and resolve development issues while reporting progress to leadership
