We are hiring a BMS Commissioning Engineer to handle commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and execution of BMS projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute BMS commissioning activities at project sites
- Perform point-to-point testing, loop checking, and I/O validation
- Troubleshoot controllers, sensors, actuators, and HVAC control systems
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensure smooth integration of HVAC and other ELV systems with BMS
- Prepare commissioning reports, testing documents, and handover reports
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or related field
- 2–6 years of experience in BMS commissioning/projects
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, BACnet, Modbus, and BMS platforms
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and site coordination skills
- Willingness to travel for project execution
