Job Description

We are seeking an experienced BMC Helix Developer / Solution Engineer with expertise across Innovation Studio, Digital Workplace Catalog (DWP-C), Smart IT, CMDB, ITSM, Multitenant environments, and Helix GPT.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing custom applications, workflows, and integrations to enhance automation and user experience on the BMC Helix platform.

Experience:

48 years of experience in BMC Helix platform development, including ITSM, DWP, DWP-C, and Innovation Studio.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of Helix SDK, Java, REST API development, JSON, and SQL.
• Proven experience designing complex process workflows and integration architectures.
• Hands-on in Helix GPT configuration and AI workflow design.

Functional Skills:

• Expertise in CMDB, ITSM, and DWP catalog administration.
• Familiarity with Smart IT customization, multitenant architecture, and Helix Platform deployment.
• Solid understanding of ITIL v3/v4 processes.
