We are looking for an experienced BMC Helix ITSM professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Service Management, with a focus on implementing and managing BMC Helix solutions.

Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working closely with different teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Responsibilities

• Implement and manage BMC Helix ITSM solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ITSM applications.
• Perform system configuration, customization, and integration with other tools.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
• Monitor system performance and user feedback to ensure optimal functionality.
• Stay updated on industry trends and BMC Helix ITSM updates.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Skills and Qualifications

• 6-16 years of experience in ITSM or related field.
• Proficient in BMC Helix ITSM tools and applications.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Experience in system configuration and customization of ITSM solutions.
• Knowledge of database management and SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BMC Helix ITSM.- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.- Experience in designing and implementing custom software components within enterprise environments.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to IT service management solutions.- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs to connect various software systems.- Competence in performance tuning and optimization of software applications.

Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in BMC Helix ITSM.-
