Experience:3–10 Years

We are looking for BMC Helix Developers to join our growing team and support the development, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise ITSM solutions within a global IT services environment.

This opportunity is open for:

• BMC Helix Developer: 3–6 Years
• Senior BMC Helix Developer: 7–10 Years
  

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize BMC Helix applications and workflows.
• Handle incidents and service requests while following ITIL processes and SLA guidelines.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
• Configure Forms, Active Links, Filters, Escalations, Menus, and other AR System objects.
• Support implementation of business workflows and platform enhancements.
• Translate business requirements into technical configurations.
• Perform unit testing, document technical changes, and maintain knowledge articles.
• Monitor support queues, update tickets, and coordinate issue resolution.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  

Additional Responsibilities (Senior Developers)

• Lead solution design and complex BMC Helix implementations.
• Review technical designs, configurations, and development deliverables.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Drive platform upgrades, migrations, and integration initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define technical solutions.
• Support continuous improvement and platform optimization.
  

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with BMC Helix/Remedy ITSM
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and IT Service Management
• Experience in BMC Helix development, configuration, and customization
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with workflows, Active Links, Filters, Escalations, and Forms
• Good communication and documentation skills
  

Good to Have

• Agile/Scrum experience
• REST API and system integration knowledge
• Dashboard creation and reporting
• CMDB, Asset Management, Smart IT, Digital Workplace, or Innovation Studio experience
