Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced BlueYonder Monitoring Services Specialist with 5-7 years of experience in monitoring, managing, and optimizing BlueYonder environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring system availability, performance, reliability, and proactive incident resolution while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage BlueYonder systems to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
• Analyze system alerts, logs, and monitoring data to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize monitoring tools within BlueYonder environments.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to support deployments and maintenance activities.
• Conduct regular system health checks, performance analysis, and tuning activities.
• Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards, reports, and automated alerting mechanisms.
• Participate in incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Maintain monitoring documentation, system configurations, and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security guidelines, and monitoring best practices.
• Provide stakeholders with regular updates on system health, availability, and performance metrics.
• Mentor and guide junior team members on monitoring processes and operational excellence.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in BlueYonder Monitoring Services.
• Strong understanding of monitoring tools, alert management, and performance analysis.
• Experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of system logs, infrastructure monitoring, and service reliability practices.
• Ability to create dashboards and automate monitoring workflows.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in collaborative Agile/IT Operations environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise BlueYonder implementations.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management practices.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production support environment.
