Bluetooth Firmware Engineer
Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Bluetooth firmware for Bluetooth Classic and BLE platforms
- Work on Bluetooth protocol stack development / customization (controller & lower layers)
- Debug and resolve system-level issues, interoperability challenges, and customer-reported defects
- Analyze protocol logs, traces, and over-the-air (OTA) behavior
- Work with RTOS systems (concurrency, interrupts, memory, power optimization)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely issue resolution
- Contribute to SDK development and customer support scenarios
Required Skills
- 3–7 years of embedded firmware development experience
- Strong proficiency in C/C++ for real-time systems
- Solid understanding of Bluetooth Classic & BLE architecture
- Hands-on experience with Bluetooth stack development or integration
- Strong knowledge of RTOS concepts and low-level system design
- Experience with Silicon Labs GSDK, Simplicity Studio, and EFR32 (preferred)
Good to Have
- Experience with Bluetooth Audio / LE Audio / Bluetooth Mesh
- Knowledge of Bluetooth SIG specifications & qualification processes
- Exposure to multi-protocol systems (Bluetooth + Thread / Zigbee / 802.15.4)
- Experience working with customer-facing issues or SDK/product teams
