We are looking for a Blue Yonder (JDA) Integration Analyst to design, build, and support integrations between Blue Yonder supply chain applications (e.g., WMS, TMS, Luminate, Demand & Fulfillment, MPS/MRP) and enterprise systems (ERP, ecommerce, carrier networks, 3PLs, data platforms). You will work closely with product owners, functional consultants, warehouse/transport operations, and integration engineers to deliver highreliability, enterprisegrade interfaces that are secure, performant, and resilient. The ideal candidate combines handson integration engineering (APIs, file/EDI, queues, iPaaS) with Blue Yonder data model knowledge and strong troubleshooting skills across environments (DEV, QA, UAT, PROD).
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze functional/interface specifications and design integration solutions for Blue Yonder WMS/TMS/Luminate modules and upstream/downstream systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle ERP, Salesforce, ecommerce, carrier portals, 3PLs).
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, flat files (CSV/XML/JSON), EDI (X12/EDIFACT), message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ/JMS), and iPaaS (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services).
- Configure and support BY adapters/connectors, interface tables, and batch/nearrealtime flows; optimize schedules, dependencies, and retry logic.
- Define and maintain canonical data models and mapping logic (orders, shipments, inventory, appointments, loads, master data).
- Implement robust validation, enrichment, and reconciliation rules to ensure data quality and auditability across systems.
- Instrument interfaces with logging, alerts, and dashboards (e.g., Grafana, Splunk, ELK, App Insights) for proactive monitoring and SLA adherence.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and lead incident resolution for failed jobs, performance bottlenecks, and data mismatches.
- Manage release cycles, deployments, and environment promotions using CI/CD pipelines and change controls.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in application/system integration, with 3+ years specifically on Blue Yonder (JDA) ecosystems.
- Handson experience integrating Blue Yonder WMS/TMS/Luminate/SCPO with enterprise platforms (SAP/Oracle ERP, carrier systems, WES/WCS, 3PLs, data lakes).
- Proficient in mapping & transformation (XSLT, JSONata, Groovy/JavaScript, Python) and SQL for interface tables/recon.
- Strong debugging skills across Linux/Windows, logs, and interface queues; familiarity with schedulers and job control.
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, work management (Jira/Azure Boards), and ITIL processes (Incident/Problem/Change).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior handson with Blue Yonder WMS Dispatcher/Enterprise, TMS, Luminate Control Tower, Demand/Fulfillment, MPS/MRP, or Blue Yonder Integrator tooling.
- Exposure to Azure data services (ADLS, Synapse, Databricks) for analytics feeds and reconciliation.
