Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation & Configuration:
- Lead and participate in the implementation of Blue Yonder Demand Planning solutions.
- Configure the system to meet the business requirements and optimize the demand planning process.
- Develop and maintain technical specifications and documentation.
Technical Support:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Blue Yonder Demand Planning applications.
- Ensure system stability and performance, addressing any issues that arise.
Customization & Integration:
- Customize the Blue Yonder solution as per the specific needs of Philips.
- Integrate Blue Yonder Demand Planning with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
User Training & Documentation:
- Conduct user training sessions to ensure effective use of the Blue Yonder Demand Planning system.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and technical manuals.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other technical consultants, to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Collaborate with Philips stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting Blue Yonder (JDA) Demand Planning solutions.
- Proven experience in configuring, customizing, and integrating Blue Yonder Demand Planning systems.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Blue Yonder Demand Planning modules and functionalities.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and other database management tools.
- Experience with integration technologies and tools (e.g., APIs, ETL).
- Familiarity with supply chain management concepts and processes.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Blue Yonder certifications.
- Experience working in the healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of other Blue Yonder solutions (e.g., Demand Fulfillment, Supply Chain Planning).
