Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Blockchain Developer (26 years experience) to design, develop, and implement secure, scalable blockchain-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building smart contracts, developing decentralized applications (dApps), and integrating blockchain networks with enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity.
- Build and maintain decentralized applications (dApps) integrated with blockchain networks.
- Work with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum and/or Hyperledger.
- Ensure security, scalability, and performance of blockchain systems.
- Conduct smart contract testing, auditing, debugging, and optimization.
- Implement cryptographic protocols and secure key management practices.
- Optimize gas usage and transaction efficiency.
- Integrate blockchain solutions with backend systems and RESTful APIs.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical design decisions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and upgrade blockchain infrastructure as required.
- Stay up to date with emerging blockchain trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 26 years of experience in blockchain development or related software engineering roles.
- Strong proficiency in Solidity and experience with Web3.js.
- Hands-on experience with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum and/or Hyperledger.
- Solid understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, and distributed systems.
- Strong knowledge of cryptographic principles, hashing algorithms, and digital signatures.
- Experience in smart contract development, testing frameworks, and auditing practices.
- Understanding of gas optimization and blockchain security best practices.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and backend integration.
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Layer 2 solutions (e.g., Polygon, Optimism, Arbitrum).
- Knowledge of token standards such as ERC-20, ERC-721, and ERC-1155.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
