Requirements
- 5+ years of full stack development experience using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React/Node.js)
- Minimum 2 years of smart contract or blockchain development experience (Solidity or similar)
- Strong backend skills (API design, databases, distributed architectures)
- Proficiency in frontend development: JavaScript/TypeScript, React (or similar), building dashboards or tools
- Experience integrating on chain and off chain systems
- Understanding of blockchain fundamentals: staking systems, consensus workflows, RPC interactions
- Comfort working in a fast-moving startup style environment, taking ownership end to end
Responsibilities
- Design and build full stack features: backend services, APIs, web front-ends (dashboards, tools)
- Develop and deploy smart contracts, manage on chain and off chain integration
- Implement blockchain integrated workflows (verification, staking, consensus, data pipelines)
- Ensure system reliability, performance, security and scalability
- Collaborate on architecture and system design across teams (backend, blockchain, frontend)
- Maintain code quality, documentation and best practices
