Job Description

  • Experience:
    • 2 to 6 years in machining or process industries.

  • Technical Expertise:

    • Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes.
    • Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
    • Experience with implementing lean manufacturing techniques.
    • Hands-on experience with 5-Axis, 4-Axis, and 3-Axis HMC and VMC machines.
    • Expertise in advanced tooling methodologies and cutting parameter optimization.
    • Skilled in CNC programming for Fanuc and Siemens controls.
    • Proficiency in design tools, including CATIA, UG NX, and AutoCAD.

  • Communication & Collaboration:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Problem-Solving:

    • Proven expertise in troubleshooting and resolving shop floor challenges in daily operations.
    • Capable of analyzing and executing tasks based on engineering drawings, procedures, reference sketches, weld plans, test plans, shift schedules, and planning documents.

  • Standards & Compliance:

    • Knowledge of ISO standards, including QMS (Quality Management System), EMS (Environmental Management System), and EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety).

  • Work Flexibility:

    • Willingness to work in rotating or multiple shifts as required.
