This role is part of the Global BlackLine COE and focuses on managing, enhancing, and driving adoption of the BlackLine platform across global finance teams.
What the role involves:
- Administering BlackLine modules (Account Recs, Journals, Tasks, Matching, etc.)
- Managing user roles, provisioning, security, and system governance
- Supporting integrations between BlackLine and ERPs (SAP/HFM), including troubleshooting interface issues
- Driving automation, workflow configuration, and process improvements
- Supporting month-end close activities, reconciliations monitoring, and issue resolution
- Performing UAT, system testing, upgrades, and enhancements
We're looking for:
- Hands-on experience in BlackLine administration/configuration
- Strong understanding of financial close processes (reconciliations, journals, intercompany)
- Experience working with ERP systems like SAP / HFM
- Exposure to integrations, UAT/testing, and user support
- Ability to work with global stakeholders in a COE setup
