Job Description

Responsibilities:
SQL Querying

Capable in writing SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
Experience with relational databases to support access audits, reporting, and troubleshooting.

Bash & Unix Shell Scripting

Familiarity & experience in command-line scripting skills for automating operational tasks, log parsing, and system monitoring.
Familiarity with cron jobs, file manipulation, and process control in Unix/Linux environments.

CI/CD & Automation

Hands-on experience with continuous integration and deployment pipelines. (good to have)
Ability to integrate security checks and access controls into automated workflows.

Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)

Exposure to SRE principles such as observability, incident response, and service-level objectives (SLOs).
Experience in maintaining high-availability systems and reducing toil through automation.

Platform Working knowledge of:

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills:
Python Scripting

Ability to write Python scripts for automation, data processing, and integration with APIs.
Useful for building lightweight tools or enhancing existing IAM workflows.

XLR (XebiaLabs Release) or Chef Habitat

Familiarity with release orchestration (XLR) or application automation and packaging (Chef Habitat).
Helps in managing infrastructure as code and deploying secure, consistent environments.

Privilege and Access Management (PAM)

Understanding of PAM concepts such as least privilege, session recording, and credential vaulting.
Experience with tools like RSA IGL, MARC, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or similar is a plus.

Requirements:

Overall, 4 - 5 years of experience required; relevant 1 - 2 years of experience.
ITSM SLOs and volume management; reduction of workorders through RCA and problem managment
Minimum Bachelors degree required
