Key Responsibilities

• Drive structural design and development using computer-aided design tools for automotive components
• Apply expertise in BTV processes within Mercedes-Benz frameworks for design validation and execution
• Perform root cause analysis of design and production issues and implement effective solutions
• Manage and execute Lifecycle Management (LCM) processes for design and development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet project requirements and specifications
• Conduct site visits and reviews to monitor implementation and adherence to design standards
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical challenges
• Prepare and present reports on design progress, issues, and improvements
• Ensure all designs comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in design methodologies and processes
