Job Description

Education Qualification : Diploma or BE/B.Tech

3 -5 years of experience in BIW Robotic simulation.
Experience on Robotic simulation in Automotive manufacturing process.
Hands-on experience with Fanuc, Motoman, KUKA & ABB robots and other robots will be an added advantage.
Experience on layout optimization.
Experience on manufacturing processes like spot welding, riveting, Adhesive & Sealing, Stud welding, material handling.
Experience on Arc welding, hemming, clinching, laser welding, screwing will be an added advantage.
Experience on identifying tools/equipment/mockups preparations for above manufacturing processes.
Experience on Fixture, tool & Gun Kinematics.
Experience on Tool validation, weld spot distribution, work cell preparation, weld gun finalization, robot path preparation.
Must have good communication skills & team player. Should be flexible and able to manage complexity.
Awareness on RCS, OLP, documentation, cycle time analysis & optimization will be an added advantage.
