BIW Closures Design Engineer (Pune/Chennai)
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and development of BIW Closure components
- 3D modeling and 2D drafting using UGNX
- Tolerance stack-up and GD&T application
- Ensure DFM/DFA compliance and manufacturability
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and suppliers
- BOM management and PLM (Teamcenter/ENOVIA) usage
Requirements:
- Strong experience in BIW Closure design
- Proficiency in UGNX
- Knowledge of sheet metal design and automotive standards
