BIW Chassis Wheel

Design Execution & Delivery: Lead the complete design and development cycle for Wheels, Wheel Covers, Rims, and Trim assemblies using UG NX. Ensure on-time delivery of components from early concept through prototype and vehicle production/launch.

Supplier & Studio Coordination: Partner with the Product Design Studio and supply base to align styling requirements with manufacturing feasibility and engineering constraints.

Vehicle Integration: Coordinate with cross-functional vehicle architecture teams to ensure proper fit, form, function, and clearance across vehicle operating conditions.

Sourcing & Purchasing Support: Prepare technical source packages, technical specifications, and statement of work (SOW) documents; collaborate with Purchasing to evaluate and source suppliers.

Testing & Validation: Establish, manage, and execute component-, sub-system-, and vehicle-level validation test plans (DVP&R, DFMEA) to verify structural integrity, durability, and functional targets.

Performance Tracking: Monitor project progress using project management Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and C/W/I (Cost/Weight/Investment) efficiency metrics.
